This is one of my favorite uses of the Internet ever, like a much easier-to-digest form of fan fiction (in my opinion) that also gives a sort of sweet illusion that some of my favorite tv characters exist somewhere in the “real world”. I love it.

Hello! It is me, your friendly neighborhood Chi, come to bring you some glorious news! Starting today, I am offering ~*~*~commissions!!!~*~*~
Starting pricing is listed above, along with some examples. They all pretty much speak for themselves, except for a few things:
Paper Doll Icons are something a few people have expressed interest in. The example above is my current Tumblr Icon, and some of the different combinations I can do with it. If you order a Paper Doll Icon from me, you’ll receive the full, high res photoshop file. By toggling the layers, you can switch certain clothing items, background elements, or even expressions whenever you like! Fun right? Of course, you’re icon will be of whatever you want, be it yourself, a character, or Cthulhu with multiple hats! The choice is yours.
However!!! For them to work, you’ll need a program that can read and toggle layers. Photoshop is your best bet, but I know some other things like SAI and Corel Painter also use layers, and work just as well.
The art I would make for you would be something for you, and thus you are free to use it how you like! Wanna make a wallpaper from it? Go ahead! Want to use it as an illustration to a fanfic? Sure! All I ask is that you A) Credit me, and B) Not sell it in any way, shape or form.
In terms of content, I’ll do pretty much anything, except sexy things. (Even then, as long as no specific parts are showing, I pretty sure we could work something out. When in doubt, ask me!)
Yeah, I know what you’re thinking. “You’re not that good!” “I can get something better for half this price!” etc, etc, etc. But, did you know, I can do even more than this??? WOW. I am just a bundle of amazing here!
